Only because I ate some almonds and hazelnuts yesterday 😀
Oh, important, peanuts are not NUTS! Do not eat them! Unless you really need to 😉
Best are obviously walnuts and flax, rich in Omega 3, almonds rich in protein, and if you use seeds definitely go for pumpkin seeds over sunflower kernels.

It’s cold, cloudy, I am tired after all night party, have to be at work 4pm today and crave for something sweet!!

Spicy seasoning.
Chop tomatos, leek and cauliflower. Add seasoning.
Eggs done in a microwave 😉 Didn’t want to fry today.
Also had a bun with it. I shouldn’t but it looked so good hahahaha
How come each time I prepare a salad I always make a massive portion?! 😉
