Morning
Legs & core training at the gym. Some weight and cable machine. Forgot how good cleans feel like 😀
Afternoon walk to the beach, chillout and walk back.
Ate delicious and very simple dinner:
Oven baked sweet potatoes (my new love) and salad with everything I had in the fridge: lettuce, spinach, celery, capsicum, parsley, added some goji berries olive oil, apple vinegar and salt.
