Rice protein shake

After training:

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

ice cubes

200ml of rice milk

Everything goes into blender – voila!

Chicken and stuff

Oven baked chicken breast with fresh raspberries.

Raw cauliflower with sunny side up egg.

Milkshake: soy milk, banana, zucchini.
