As I really enjoyed making my pear granola, decided to make a banana one 🙂
Dry ingredients:
*1 cup of natural oats
*2 TBS flax-seed
*2 TBS seasame seeds
*3-4 TBS amaranth
*1 TBS pine nuts
Wet ingredients:
*1 banana
*1 TBS coconut oil (make it a big one)
*splash of lemon juice
*water if needed
Blend wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Combine everything together and spread on a baking tray. Bake in oven for 40mins in 160C. Remember to mix it every 10mins! You’ll get your chunks 😉
Decided to try baking 😉
Here it is:
*mix dry ingredients:
1 cup of natural oats
2 TBS seasame
2 TBS flax-seed
2 TBS hazelnuts
*blend:
1 pear
splash of olive oil
bit of warm water
Dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in other, combine and put on the baking tray. Pre-heat oven to 160C and bake around 40mins. Remember to mix muesli EVERY 10MINS! It will be in nice crunchy chunks at the end 😀
