Idea for dinner.
Had some letcho left: zucchini, capsicum, tomato, basil, tomato concentrate, seasoning, add what ever you like.
At the end 50g of oats. Cook it together until soft.
1 banana
lactose free milk
muesli: oats, amaranth
delicacies: raisins, cranberries, dry apple, nuts
slice of halve 😉

As I really enjoyed making my pear granola, decided to make a banana one 🙂
Dry ingredients:
*1 cup of natural oats
*2 TBS flax-seed
*2 TBS seasame seeds
*3-4 TBS amaranth
*1 TBS pine nuts
Wet ingredients:
*1 banana
*1 TBS coconut oil (make it a big one)
*splash of lemon juice
*water if needed
Blend wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Combine everything together and spread on a baking tray. Bake in oven for 40mins in 160C. Remember to mix it every 10mins! You’ll get your chunks 😉

hot water
cinnamon
apple
raisins
sunflower seeds
Soak oats for couple of minutes, later on add all the ingredients. Wish I had nuts instead of sunflower kernels but oh well, was delicious anyway 😀
The best after training food ever! I absolutely adore oats! 😀
Simply add hot water to dry oats, let it soak for couple of minutes. Now flavors: cinnamon, raisins, sweetener.. wish I had some almonds 😉
