Wanted to eat something fresh and light. Here is what I came up with..
Iceberg lettuce
red capsicum
watermelon
Fit Up dressing with soy beans and sunflower kernels, made with seasame oil, colza and apple vinegar.
The last moment I chucked some dry cranberries, raisins and sunflower kernels.
Sweet and yummy!

After training meal. Not very paleo but fast, easy and yum!
Mix two eggs with one scoop of protein powder and fry it on a coconut oil. Sprinkle it with cranberries, almonds and dates.
That’s it! 😀

Ingredients:
almonds
dried cranberries
roasted sunflower seeds
roasted sesame seeds
grained flax seeds
agave sirup
Ok, I took 20 almonds and grained it with cranberries until it got a little sticky. Than added all other ingredients (the amount depends on your taste 🙂 ), mixed it and rolled on a baking paper. You can eat it that way (it’s a little chewy) or what I did, dry it. I don’t have a dehydrator but oven worked just fine. Left it on minimum with door slightly open. Dough stayed there for about 3 hours.

My dear friend Ivana has a kick ass dehydrator at home! And she’s making a good use of it. These are mango chips she gave me. They are delicious and healthy! All you need is a mango and a very sharp knife. Slice mango as thin as you can and dehydrate it.
No sugar, no fat – but be carefull, they are highly addictive!
